Terms of Service
Last updated: April 19, 2026
These terms govern your use of TryYou, the virtual try-on app for Shopify operated by Swicelso OÜ. By installing TryYou, you accept these terms.
App Usage
TryYou lets shoppers of a Shopify store preview themselves wearing a product, from a photo uploaded on the product page. The render is generated by the Google Gemini or OpenAI API depending on the chosen quality level. TryYou is intended for Shopify merchants and their end shoppers. You agree to use the app in a lawful and professional manner.
Billing
TryYou runs on a pay-per-use model. Fees are charged via Shopify App Subscription and Shopify Usage Records, for every successful try-on. You set a monthly cap inside the app, Shopify blocks billing as soon as the cap is hit. You can change this cap at any time. No invoice is issued until a try-on is actually consumed. All invoices are available in your Shopify admin.
Prices are shown exclusive of tax. Shopify handles VAT and local billing based on the merchant's jurisdiction.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use TryYou to:
- Generate illegal, defamatory, hateful, or pornographic content.
- Process images of minors without explicit parental consent.
- Circumvent technical limits (rate limiting, billing cap, API quotas).
- Resell or redistribute access to the app without written agreement.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models.
We reserve the right to suspend access without notice in case of breach.
Warranties and Limits
The app is provided "as is". Renders generated by artificial intelligence are provided for guidance only and may contain imperfections, artifacts, or may not faithfully reflect the product being worn. TryYou makes no warranty as to the accuracy, correctness, or aesthetic quality of the renders. Shoppers should treat these images as an approximate visualization, not a contractual promise.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swicelso OÜ's cumulative liability toward a merchant is capped at the amount invoiced by TryYou to that merchant over the past twelve months. We are not liable for indirect damages (lost revenue, lost data, reputational harm) resulting from use of the app.
Termination
You can uninstall TryYou at any time from your Shopify admin. Uninstalling immediately stops billing and triggers deletion of data associated with the shop. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of breach of these terms, fraudulent use, or non-payment.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Estonian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Tallinn, Estonia, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions in the user's country of residence.
Changes
These terms may evolve. Material changes are announced in the Shopify admin. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
